Duoyes products are extremely designed for daily outdoor use. but the proper maintenance is the only solution to ensure them in perfect appearance and prolonged performance since Day 1th.
For FRAME (metal/aluminium)
Dust with a soft cloth(if needed)
Wash frames by cold water, low pressure, with some neutral detergent,non-abrasive, no bleach(p.s.for stubborn stains, use a mild abrasive such as Soft Scrub)
Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly
Storing with Duoyes COVERS while not in use.
Periodic Waxing or applying Oil can help prolong the life of your products.
Highly recommend procedure above 3-4 times a year at least
Sling/PVC
Duoyes Sling/PVC fabric features excellent Stability, Flexibility, UV/Humidity/Dirt Resistant
apply some neutral detergent on the surface(with Sprayer) and leave for couple minutes
Use a soft bristle brush to make circular motions on it, for stained area, repeat the operation times.
Rinse thoroughly with cold water in low pressure if available. For high pressurized water, please make sure to keep the nozzle 60-70cm at least away from the surface
wipe with a dry cloth
PE Wicker
All Duoyes Wickers are actually synthetic material, made of PE(Polyethylene).
Apply some mild/neutral detergent on the surface(with Sprayer) and leave for couple minutes
Use a soft bristle brush to make circular motions on it, for stained area, repeat the operation times.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water
Ensure non-residue stay dry on the surface, wipe with a dry cloth once rinse
No Bleach
PP
Polypropylene(PP) is a recyclable thermoplastic polymer
Use neutral detergent.avoid any chemical/aggressive/solvent ones
Non-rigid brushes
Never Scratch/Scrape the material
with some sponges or soft cloth
No high pressure water
Rinse thoroughly to ensure non-residue stay dray on the surface
for stubborn stains,repeat the operation times
Dry with cloth instead of hot wind
Cushions
All Duoyes Cushions have been tested for outdoors, with UV-Resistant, Waterproof and Dry-fast fabrics, but strongly recommend you to store them dry in Duoyes LOCKER or with COVER while no use for a long time.
Dust with a wet cloth or wipe off the impurity on the surface
Prepare a cleaning solution of mild/neutral detergent and warm water, as rated as ¼ cup per gallon. allow the cushions soak in it for 10-15 minutes. Use a spronge or soft bristle brush to clean the fabrics, for stubborn stains, repeat the operation.
Rinse thoroughly, ensure no-residue remain and air dry.
No bleach
Hand Wash only
Clean often if needed to keep your cushions in good appearance and prolonged life time.
Glass/Ceramic/Marble Table-Top
Glass
Suggest a solution of water and mild detergent, preferred a glass cleaner, with a soft cloth to clean the top
Don't use a cleanser or abrasive material
Rinse with clean water
Caution: move tops with protection gloves any time to avoid any injuries due to breakage and defectives on surface
Always position the top horizontal
Ceramic
Thanks to its high resistance and stability, Ceramic top only need a simple maintenance with a soft and clean wet cloth, added with some neutral detergent if necessary.
Rinse with clean water and dry
Don't use a metal or abrasive brushes
No Wax/Brightener/Aggressive Acid
Caution: move tops with protection gloves any time to avoid any injuries due to breakage and defectives on surface
Always position the top horizontal
Marble
Duoyes Marbles are natural stone. For normal cleaning, just use some water and a neutral detergent or alcohol.
No aggressive Acid/Alkaline
Keep out of contact with Chemicals/Brightener/Paints/Ink/Oil/Coffee/Wine and rinse with lots of water immediately in case
Dry the top with a clean cotton cloth ASAP once upon the maintenance
Regular treatment with a silicon wax on the top strongly recommended
